Zoning Commission

Welcome to the Swancreek Township Zoning Commission! Our meetings are typically held on the second Wednesday of every month at 6:00 pm. However, please note that meetings are only held on an as-needed basis, depending on whether there is new business to address.

Throughout the year, our Board convenes meetings to discuss and potentially make amendments to the Zoning/Zoning Resolution. Any proposed amendments are then presented to both the Board of Trustees and the Fulton County Regional Planning Commission for approval or denial.

NOTICE: Alternate board member positions are available for the Zoning Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals. Meetings vary from twice a month to as needed. You will be making decisions that affect all of Swancreek Township. Please email or send a letter of interest to the administrative office.
