A message from Dawn Hoffman of Swancreek Water District:

“It is with a heavy heart that I relay the news of my Inspector, Tom Shelley’s passing, after a very brief and courageous battle with cancer. Tom had been with the Water District for over 20 years. His knowledge was immeasurable, as he was with us almost every step of the way. Tom was deeply involved in many aspects of our community, and he will be profoundly missed by all of us.

It was an honor and a pleasure to work with him. My office will be closed Thursday from 10:30 to 1:30 for his service. Our thoughts and prayers are with Joyce and their family. I will miss you, my friend.”
