Please contact our administrative office for appointments outside of Swancreek Township’s normal hours of operation. All business will be conducted through the glass window. Paperwork, forms, and more can also be dropped in the drop box located outside the entrance door 24 hours a day.
For citizen complaints or concerns, please call or email the Public Records Officer at 419-822-4371, or you can print the form linked below, fill it out, and mail it to us or drop it off at the Administration building. We also have, for your convenience, a drop box located at our front entrance.
