Welcome to the Swancreek Township Zoning Commission! Our meetings are typically held on the second Wednesday of every month at 6:00 pm. However, please note that meetings are only held on an as-needed basis, depending on whether there is new business to address.

Throughout the year, our Board convenes meetings to discuss and potentially make amendments to the Zoning/Zoning Resolution. Any proposed amendments are then presented to both the Board of Trustees and the Fulton County Regional Planning Commission for approval or denial.

We are committed to promoting responsible and effective land use practices in our community. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
