Swancreek Township Water District Billing Cycle & Due Dates
Water meter readings are completed every month, and bills are issued every other month during the following months:
February, April, June, August, October, and December.
After-Hours Emergency

Service Line Inventory – OEPA Compliance
I, Dawn Hoffman, certify that October 16, 2024, this initial inventory of our current service lines are available to the public by request per EPA regulations. This year the EPA has issued a service line inventory certification for all water municipalities. This is an ongoing GPS mapping project for the District.
