If you need to make an appointment outside of Swancreek Township’s regular hours of operation, please contact our administrative office. All business will be conducted through the glass window, and paperwork and forms can be dropped off at the drop box located outside the entrance door 24 hours a day.
If you have any citizen complaints or concerns, please call or email our Public Records Officer at 419-822-4371. Alternatively, you can fill out the form linked below and mail it to us or drop it off at the Administration building. We have also provided a drop box at our front entrance for your convenience.
